We are professional Facilities Managers who are trained to ensure inter-alia that the incidence of obsolescence is put in check while at the same time maximizing benefits from facilities. We relieve clients of the responsibilities of having to keep facilities fitting for use at all times. Consequently our clients are able to focus on their core competencies with a view to creating greater wealth.

The importance of well maintained and functional facilities cannot be over emphasized within the value creation framework. At functional level the following Facilities Management services are rendered by our firm:

As we’ve already established, our Facility Management background spans a variety of industries. Some examples of the Facilities that we are responsible for are as follows:

The City Mall, Onikan, Lagos

This is a Mall with modern touch and realities; it is situated at Onikan Lagos abutting the TBS and National Museum. It has a total shopping space of 7,280M2.

Client: Stephanel Holdings

Regal SeaView Estate, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Oniru

This is a Beach Estate comprising of 52 Terraced Houses with Communal Facilities. It is situated within Oniru Estate overlooking the ocean. The developers having concluded the sale of development and have appointed us as the facilities Managers for the Estate. We have the privilege and the responsibility of being the first Facility Managers and responsible for fashioning out the Facility Management Philosophy for the developers and the owners.
Our skills and grounding in the rudiments of Facility Management have always helped us to cope with challenges.

Abimboye Plaza

We have concluded the letting of the Office Complex on Lagos – Ibadan expressway besides Fatgbem Filling Station and have been appointed as facility Managers of the 3 Storey Office Complexes.

WEMABOD Estate, Akinola Cole Crescent

This is an estate located within Akinola Cole Crescent, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja.
We are the facility manager in-charge of the estate on the instruction of Wemabod Estate Ltd.

Adele Plazas in Porthacourt

These comprises of 2 Modern Plazas at No.2 and No.24 Old Aba Road, Woji District, Port Harcourt. Each of the Plazas has 42 No Shops. Since we took over the management we have been able to restore services.

Cliff Top Estate, Porthacourt

In the same vein we have been asked to sell and manage Cliff Top Estate, Hospital road Port Harcourt. It comprises of 24 Units of 3 / 4 Bedroom Terrace Housing Units.

Choba Hostel, Porthacourt

This is a purpose built hostel targeted at the students of University of Port-harcourt. It is situated at Elekhia Choba and being managed by our firm. Our terms of engagement includes rent collection, communal cleaning and maintenance.
