Olatunde Ogunsehinde (Head of Operations)

Olatunde Ogunshehinde holds a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management and Master in Facility Management from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He is young, energetic and a member of International Facility Management Association, Nigerian Chapter (IFMA). He is currently the heads of operation of the firm. Tunde has over 12 years experiences in valuation, Retail, Residential and Commercial property, facility management. He is directly responsible for creating and implementing strategic business plans, forecasting future budgets, negotiating contracts.
