Emmanuel Ibukun Efuntayo

Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo is a seasoned and certified Estate Surveyor and Valuer of repute and integrity. He has an academic foundation in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1982 and later obtained a B.Sc Degree in Management and law from Dublin Institute of Technology (Ireland). He has a PGD from Liverpool University, a Diploma in Advance Property Practice and Post-Graduate Diploma in Web Development and Design from the Institute of Commerce Management, London. He is also a Certified Estate Agent of the Republic of South Africa (CEASA). He has an MSC in Business Administration with the National Open University, McCarthy Campus. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School Chief Executives Program (CEP 21). Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo is the Principal Consultant of the firm and doubles as the partner in-charge of Business Development and General Administration in the establishment. His meritorious career has taken him through reputable organizations like Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NPC), EIB Eko International Bank (now Skye Bank). Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo has wealth of experience in Estate Consultancy, Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Development and Property/ Assets Valuation. He is the current Chairman of WEMABOD Estates, the Vice Chairman of Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce and Industries (NACCI) and the Interim President of the Rotary Club of Ikoyi. Fellow, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (FNIVS) Certified as a Facility Management Professional by International Facilities Management Association, USA.
